6 Number shows that the which type of bearing. 6 number for Deep Grove ball bearing.

0 This number shows the series of bearing which reflect the robustness of bearing.As inner and outer thickness usually increase along with the ball size.
0 Extra light
1 Extra light trust
2 Light
3 Medium
4 Heavy
9 Very thin section
60(01)
The 3rd and 4th bearing number shows the bore size of the bearing.00 to 03 have designated bore size depending on the number.
00 10mm
01 12mm
02 15mm
03 17mm
While the number more than 03 simply have a bore size multiplied with 5 times that of the 3rd and 4th digit.
6001 (2RS)
2RS Shows the rubber seal on both sides of bearing.
Only RS shows rubber seal on one side of bearing
2Z or ZZ
2Z or ZZ shows the metal seal on both sides of bearing.
